目的：研究对慢性胰腺炎患者使用丹参注射液进行治疗的临床效果。方法以在本院就诊的慢性胰腺炎患者92例分成对照组和治疗组，分别给予常规治疗和丹参注射液治疗。对比两组患者治疗的总有效率和症状体征的改善时间。结果治疗组的总有效率较高，且症状体征改善时间少于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论丹参注射液应用于慢性胰腺炎的治疗效果较好。
목적：연구대만성이선염환자사용단삼주사액진행치료적림상효과。방법이재본원취진적만성이선염환자92례분성대조조화치료조，분별급여상규치료화단삼주사액치료。대비량조환자치료적총유효솔화증상체정적개선시간。결과치료조적총유효솔교고，차증상체정개선시간소우대조조，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론단삼주사액응용우만성이선염적치료효과교호。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Danshen injection in the treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis. Methods 92 cases of chronic pancreatitis in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group. The improvement time of the total effective rate and the symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher, and the improvement of symptoms and signs was less than that of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Danshen injection is effective in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis, and is suitable for popularization and application.
