目的：探究柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性胆囊炎患者60例分为两组，对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。结果观察组患者治愈率和治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者治疗后均未发生任何严重不良反应。结论慢性胆囊炎采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗效果显著，安全有效。

목적：탐구시호소간산가감치료만성담낭염적림상료효。방법장만성담낭염환자60례분위량조，대조조채용상규서약치료，관찰조채용시호소간산가감치료。결과관찰조환자치유솔화치료총유효솔고우대조조（P＜0.05），량조환자치료후균미발생임하엄중불량반응。결론만성담낭염채용시호소간산가감치료효과현저，안전유효。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Chaihushugan powder in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups, control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, the observation group by Chaihushugan powder the addition and subtraction treatment. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Chronic cholecystitis with Chaihushugan decoction treatment effect signiifcantly, safe and effective.
