目的:研究EEG、TCD及P300检测在偏头痛诊断中的应用。方法本文的研究对象为我院收治的偏头痛患者100例,为研究组,再选取100例正常体检人员为对照组,对两组人员实施EEG、TCD及P300检测。结果研究组EEG和TCD检测的异常率比对照组高, P300检测的电位潜伏期和波幅情况与对照组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EEG、TCD及P300检测技术在偏头痛诊断中临床应用价值较高。

목적:연구EEG、TCD급P300검측재편두통진단중적응용。방법본문적연구대상위아원수치적편두통환자100례,위연구조,재선취100례정상체검인원위대조조,대량조인원실시EEG、TCD급P300검측。결과연구조EEG화TCD검측적이상솔비대조조고, P300검측적전위잠복기화파폭정황여대조조대비차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 EEG、TCD급P300검측기술재편두통진단중림상응용개치교고。
Objective To study the application of EEG, TCD and P300 in diagnosis of migraine. Methods The research object of this paper for 100 cases of migraine patients admitted to our hospital belong to as study group, and then select 100 cases of normal persons classiifed as control group, of two groups of personnel implementation of EEG, TCD and P300 detection. Results The abnormal rate of study group EEG and TCD signiifcantly than that of the control group, P300 latency and amplitude condition and the control group contrast have obvious difference, between the two groups were significant (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical value of EEG, TCD and P300 in the diagnosis of migraine is higher.
