目的：探讨末梢血与静脉血在血常规检测中的应用价值。方法选取我院血常规检验者115例，随机分为对照组（末梢血），观察组（静脉血）。结果观察组WBC及PLT水平低于对照组，RBC、Hb高于对照组（P＜0.05）；对照组血液样本抗凝后10 min、30 min WBC及PLT水平均高于0 min（P＜0.05）；观察组血液样本0 min、10 min、30 min WBC及PLT水平对比无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论末梢血与静脉血检测结果存在一定差异，静脉血检验准确性更高。

목적：탐토말소혈여정맥혈재혈상규검측중적응용개치。방법선취아원혈상규검험자115례，수궤분위대조조（말소혈），관찰조（정맥혈）。결과관찰조WBC급PLT수평저우대조조，RBC、Hb고우대조조（P＜0.05）；대조조혈액양본항응후10 min、30 min WBC급PLT수평균고우0 min（P＜0.05）；관찰조혈액양본0 min、10 min、30 min WBC급PLT수평대비무현저차이（P＞0.05）。결론말소혈여정맥혈검측결과존재일정차이，정맥혈검험준학성경고。
Objective To investigate the peripheral venous blood of two different methods to detect differences in the blood. Methods 115 cases were chosen in our hospital, randomly divided into control group (peripheral blood), the observation group (blood). Results WBC and PLT level observation group than the control group, RBC, Hb was higher (P<0.05), the control group blood samples anticoagulated 10 min, 30 min WBC and PLT levels were higher than 0 min (P<0.05), observation group blood samples 0 min, 10 min, 30 min WBC and PLT benchmarking was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion There are some differences in the peripheral blood and blood test results, higher blood test accuracy.
