为延长合成金刚石用硬质合金顶锤使用寿命,改善金刚石合成质量,研究了硬质合金顶锤的冷却方式并加以优化。将冷却水通过加热顶锤,使之保持在一个相对较低的温度,以减少顶锤消耗;但冷却加热顶锤的同时,这一措施也导致腔体内部温度场不均匀,连聚晶的比例增加了8%。经研究分析,将6个硬质合金顶锤同时冷却,独立调节冷却水流量,使各个顶锤按照预期的效果进行冷却,并均衡腔体内部温度场,以提高金刚石合成质量。结果表明:采用6个顶锤同时、独立冷却的方法,不仅使顶锤消耗减少61%,同时提高了合成金刚石的质量,使连聚晶比例降低了15%,粒度集中度提高了8%。

In order to prolong anvil life and improve the quality of synthesized diamond,the cooling mode of anvil was studied and optimized.Cooling water could keep the anvil at a lower temperature and reduce the anvil abrasion.But it could lead to a non-uniform temperature field inside the anvil and increase 8% of polycrystalline. In our present work, cooling six anvils simultaneously and independently was an effective way to balance temperature distribution inside the furnace and improve the quality of synthetic diamond.Results showed that it not only reduced anvil abrasion by 61%,but also improved diamond quality with 15% less polycrystalline and 8% increased concentration.
