In the hospital management of medicine, the drug use error is a serious problem, not only seriously damaged the credibility of the hospital, but also the life and safety of the patient posed a huge threat. Therefore, it has important clinical value to strengthen the crisis management of drug use errors. This paper mainly introduces the concept of crisis management, the inlfuence factors of drug use errors and the relevant crisis management measures, in order to improve the management quality of hospital pharmacy.
