船舶主机的模拟负载主要是水力测功器,而这种模拟负载产生的能量没有回收利用,以热量的形式散失在大气中,既造成能源浪费,又对环境造成热污染,因此,研究船舶主机模拟负载节能系统具有重要社会现实意义。船舶主机负载模拟双PWM变流系统,以电机侧变流器动态变化过程为参考模型,控制并网侧变流器跟踪这个参考模型。船舶电站模拟负载系统的并网逆变器采用无联络线的独立控制技术,通过调节逆变模块本身变量来实现负载功率的合理回馈。基于Siemens Sinamics和SCOUT设计建立模拟负载能量回馈节能系统,并进行了仿真试验,分析结果表明研究的节能效果显著。

Simulation of ship load is mainly hydraulic dynamometer. The energy generated by this simu-lated load without recycling, in the form of heat dissipation in the atmosphere, resulting in energy waste, which also cause thermal pollution on the environment. Therefore, To study on simulation of dual PWM con-verter system about marine main engine load, the motor side converter dynamic process as the reference mod-el, and control the grid-connected inverter to track the reference model. The grid-connected inverter of the marine power station load simulation system use independent control without contact line, and by adjusting the inverter module itself variable to achieve reasonable feedback load power. and to design and establish a simulated load energy saving systems, based on Siemens Sinamics and feedback SCOUT, to carry out simula-tion experiment, the result of which shows that the energy saving effect mentioned in this paper is great, and has broad application prospects.
