提供一种针对高通量半自动移液工作站校准的试验方法。采用衡量法对96通道半自动移液工作站进行准确性校准,利用SPSS分析软件对各排移液结果进行组间差异性分析,同时对各通道吸液进行观测,验证设备的均一性。结果显示,96通量半自动移液工作站10μL和5μL检定点下容量误差和重复性分别在±8.0%和≤4.0%范围内,1μL检定点下容量误差和重复性分别在±12.0%和≤6.0%范围内,所有结果全部符合标准规定。96孔各排数据均无显著性差异(P>0.05),吸头吸液均匀,无漏吸和滴落现象。此方法可以对高通量半自动移液工作站的准确性和均一性进行日常监测,从而提高实验质量,保障实验结果的科学准确。

We conduct an accuracy calibration on the 96 throughput semi‐automatic pipetting worksta‐tion based on weighting method . SPSS software is used to analyse the difference between each group and observation is simultaneously carried out for each channel ,w hich can verify the uniformity of the equip‐ment. The capacity error and repeatability are within ± 8.0% and≤4.0% for 10μl and 5μl of 96 through‐put semi‐automatic pipetting workstation respectively ,and they are within ± 12.0% and≤6.0% for 1ul respectively. All of the results conform to the standard regulation. Data of each row of 96 hole are no sig‐nificant difference (P>0.05) and liquid is absorbed uniformly by suction head without the phenomenon of leakage and dripping. T his method can be used for the routine detection of accuracy and homogeneity of high‐throughput semi‐automatic pipetting workstation ,which can improve the experiment quality and en‐sure the scientific and accurate results .
