以四氯化碳为萃取溶剂,自动搅拌萃取污水样品中的总油,有机相经硅酸镁吸附脱除极性物质后,选择红外分光光度法测定其中的石油类,方法检出限为0.024 mg/L;对实际水样进行4个质量浓度水平的加标回收试验,回收率在88.0%~108%之间,6次测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%~6.1%,满足污水中石油类的测试要求。

The total oil in sewage samples were completely extracted by carbon tetrachloride when the frequency and time of stirring extraction had been accurately controlled by an automatic agitator.Then the polar substances in the organic phase were completely adsorbed and removed by magnesium silicate adsorbent.The petroleum oil was accurately determined by infrared spectrophotometry. The method detection limit was 0.018 mg/L.The recoveries of the target compounds ranged from 88.0%to 108%and the relative standard deviations were between 2.9%and 6.1%.This method could meet the requirements for the determination of petroleum oil in sewage.
