针对德国GABO公司EPLEXOR 500 N动态热机械分析仪在样品的动态力学性能测试中由于仪器的数据采集方式引起的 Tg 、tanδ（0℃和tanδ（60℃）值出现误差的问题，阐述利用Origin软件，通过对样品的 T‐tanδ数据进行拟合的方法，得到更接近于真实值的 Tg 、tanδ（0℃）和tanδ（60℃）值，减小了仪器数据采集对测试结果的影响。同时该方法可以作为数据比较的一个基础，为样品比较提供一个统一的标准。

EPLEXOR 500 N can be used for testing the dynamic mechanical performances of samples. Considering the problems of the errors caused by the specific data acquisition method of the instrument ,a method by fitting the T‐tanδdata using Origin software to make the fitted values get closer to the real val‐ues of Tg ,tanδ(0 ℃) and tanδ(60 ℃) was studied. And a unified standard for the compare of samples was formulated .
