基于新国标 GB/T 27411‐2012提出的 top‐dow n法,探讨了质控图法在评定海洋沉积物中 Al2 O3、Fe2O3、MgO、CaO、Na2O、K2O、MnO、Cr和Zr等组分的测量不确定度中的应用。利用实验室日常分析质控样海洋沉积物国家标准物质GBW07309中各组分的30组质控数据进行评定,通过 AD统计证明时序数据的正态性和独立性处于统计受控,并验证了时序数据的精密度受控、偏倚受控和随机分布状态,基于移动极差平均值的SRⅱ即为各组分的测量不确定度。

Based on top‐dow n technique mentioned in GB/T 27411‐2012 , the quality assurance and control charting method , w hich is used to evaluate measurement uncertainty for the determination of Al2 O3 ,Fe2 O3 ,MgO ,CaO ,Na2 O ,K2 O ,MnO ,Cr and Zr in marine sediments ,is described in this paper. The quality control data accumulated in routine analysis of multi‐components in marine sediments of na‐tional certified reference materials GBW07309 were used to evaluate uncertainty. Based on AD statistics test and moving range control chart ,the normality ,independence and randomness were validated ,and the precision and systematic error of quality control data were also evaluated. The results indicate that the data are under a controlled state ,consequently ,the intermediate precision (SR′) is the measurement uncertainty of multi‐components.
