目的:研究儿童重症肺炎生长抑素(SST)水平的变化及意义。方法采用放射免疫分析方法,检测并比较重症肺炎组和普通肺炎组、对照组血浆SST水平,观察重症肺炎患儿治疗前后血浆SST水平变化,分析SST水平与PaO2的相关性。结果重症肺炎组患儿血浆SST水平较普通肺炎组和对照组降低(t分别为2.79、7.05,P均<0.01),治疗后血浆SST水平较前升高(t=4.59,P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。重症肺炎患儿血浆SST水平与PaO2呈正相关(r=0.586,P<0.05)。结论检测血浆SST水平有助于了解重症肺炎患儿病情变化,指导治疗。

목적:연구인동중증폐염생장억소(SST)수평적변화급의의。방법채용방사면역분석방법,검측병비교중증폐염조화보통폐염조、대조조혈장SST수평,관찰중증폐염환인치료전후혈장SST수평변화,분석SST수평여PaO2적상관성。결과중증폐염조환인혈장SST수평교보통폐염조화대조조강저(t분별위2.79、7.05,P균<0.01),치료후혈장SST수평교전승고(t=4.59,P<0.01),차이구유통계학의의。중증폐염환인혈장SST수평여PaO2정정상관(r=0.586,P<0.05)。결론검측혈장SST수평유조우료해중증폐염환인병정변화,지도치료。
Objective To study the significance of blood level changes of somatostatin (SST) in children with severe pneumonia. Methods In order to observe the changes of blood level of SST in children with severe pneumonia between pre and post treatment and to analyze the correlation of the blood level of SST and PaO2, radioimmunoassay method was adopted to detect and compare the blood level of somatostatin in children with severe pneumonia, children with common pneumonia and healthy children (control group). Results There is a statistical signiifcance among the three groups that on the one hand, the blood levels of SST in severe pneumonia group were objectively lower than common pneumonia group and control group (t=2.79, 7.05, P<0.01), on the other hand, the blood level of SST in severe pneumonia group increased after the treatment (t=4.59, P<0.01). In addition, the blood levels of SST in severe pneuminia group were positively correlated with PaO2 (r=0.586, P<0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to investigate the condition changes of children with severe pneumonia and guiding their treatments by detecting the blood level of SST.
