根据对国内外现有水处理技术的分析,提出采用“吹脱预处理+厌氧生化处理+好氧生化处理”组合治理工艺处理高浓度和高毒性的甘氨酸冷凝废水。处理后,出水COD、氨氮和甲醛的平均质量浓度为1044、218、133 mg/L,去除率分别为93.1%、86.5%、47.8.%。后续可直接进入常规好氧生化处理系统及其他常规工艺处理系统,达到《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。

The present water treatment technologies at home and abroad were analyzed.A combined process of stripping pretreatment and anaerobic biochemical treatment and aerobic biochemical treatment was proposed to treat high-concentration and high-toxicity glycine condensate wastewater.After the wastewater was treated by the process, the average mass concentrations of COD, ammonia-nitrogen and formaldehyde were 1 044, 218 and 133 mg/L respectively, and their removal rates were 93.1%, 86.5%and 47.8.%respectively.The wastewater which had been treated by the process could be subjected to the conventional aerobic biochemical treatment and other conventional process to achieve the first grade of national discharge standard.
