目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的效果。方法按就诊前后顺序将62例胆结石患者分成腹腔组与开腹组，前者予以腹腔镜胆囊切除术，后者予以传统开腹手术，且比较两组的治疗效果。结果腹腔组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间等均少于/短于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对胆结石患者实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，疗效确切。
목적：탐토복강경담낭절제술치료담결석적효과。방법안취진전후순서장62례담결석환자분성복강조여개복조，전자여이복강경담낭절제술，후자여이전통개복수술，차비교량조적치료효과。결과복강조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후항문배기시간、하상활동시간、주원시간등균소우/단우개복조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대담결석환자실시복강경담낭절제술치료，료효학절。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones. Methods 62 cases of gallstones were divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group according to treatment before and after the order, the former be laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the latter to be traditional laparotomy and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results Celiac patients in operative time, bleeding, postoperative anal exhaust time, get out of bed activity time, hospitalization time etc. were less than/short in laparotomy group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones is effective.
