目的：通过正常人群体检筛查Hp感染者，调查掌握Hp感染的危险相关因素。方法对Hp筛查阳性的230人作为病例组，阴性的216人作为对照组，经单因素比较相关危险性。结果Hp感染与个人基本情况（年龄、婚姻、人口、收入）有关（P＜0.05）；与个人生活方式（酸辣饮食、野外就餐、就餐无规律、共用餐具、吸烟、饮酒）有关（P＜0.05）；与个人疾病史（胃镜检查、口腔炎、胃炎、胃溃疡和胃病家族史）有关（P＜0.05）；与性别、族别、职业、住房面积、居住地无关（P＞0.05）。结论HP感染与个人生活行为有密切关系。
목적：통과정상인군체검사사Hp감염자，조사장악Hp감염적위험상관인소。방법대Hp사사양성적230인작위병례조，음성적216인작위대조조，경단인소비교상관위험성。결과Hp감염여개인기본정황（년령、혼인、인구、수입）유관（P＜0.05）；여개인생활방식（산랄음식、야외취찬、취찬무규률、공용찬구、흡연、음주）유관（P＜0.05）；여개인질병사（위경검사、구강염、위염、위궤양화위병가족사）유관（P＜0.05）；여성별、족별、직업、주방면적、거주지무관（P＞0.05）。결론HP감염여개인생활행위유밀절관계。
Objective Through normal crowd Hp infection, medical screening survey control risk factors associated with HP infection. Methods For Hp screening positive for 230 people as a case group and negative 216 as control group, the single factor is related to risk. Results The Hp infection and personal basic situation (age, income, marriage, population) about (P<0.05). And personal lifestyle (hot and sour food, outdoor dining, eating irregularly, sharing eating, smoking, drinking) about (P<0.05). And personal history of disease (gastroscopy, stomatitis, gastritis, gastric ulcer, and family history of stomach trouble) about (P<0.05). And gender, ZuBie, occupation, housing area, place of residence (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between Hp infection and personal behavior.
