近年来,压铸件在汽车工业中的应用得到了迅猛的发展,工业发达国家再工业化趋势明显,促进更加激烈的新一轮产业竞争。轻金属高精压铸模成为重点开发的基础技术之一。本文以某汽车变速箱压铸模具为例,介绍了精密压铸模具的先进设计方法,以此保证压铸件的质量,提高设备效率和缩短新产品开发时间。

In recent years, the application of die castings in automobile industry has been developed rapidly. The re-industrialization trend in developed industrial countries was more intense, promoting a new round of industry competition. Light metal die technology of high precision has become one of the key development foundations. Taking the casting mould of automobile gearbox housings for example, the advanced design methods of precision die casting mould was introduced, ensuring the casting quality and improving equipment efficiency and shortening product development time.
