目的：回顾性分析锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009～2014年在我科采用桡骨远端斜T形锁定钢板治疗的桡骨远端不稳定骨折155例患者，观察桡骨远端斜T形锁定钢板治疗的临床效果。结果155例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者中随访1年，腕关节功能优89例，良52例，可14例。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折远期患者腕关节功能较好。
目的：迴顧性分析鎖定鋼闆治療橈骨遠耑不穩定骨摺的臨床效果。方法迴顧性分析2009～2014年在我科採用橈骨遠耑斜T形鎖定鋼闆治療的橈骨遠耑不穩定骨摺155例患者，觀察橈骨遠耑斜T形鎖定鋼闆治療的臨床效果。結果155例橈骨遠耑不穩定骨摺患者中隨訪1年，腕關節功能優89例，良52例，可14例。結論鎖定鋼闆治療橈骨遠耑不穩定骨摺遠期患者腕關節功能較好。
목적：회고성분석쇄정강판치료뇨골원단불은정골절적림상효과。방법회고성분석2009～2014년재아과채용뇨골원단사T형쇄정강판치료적뇨골원단불은정골절155례환자，관찰뇨골원단사T형쇄정강판치료적림상효과。결과155례뇨골원단불은정골절환자중수방1년，완관절공능우89례，량52례，가14례。결론쇄정강판치료뇨골원단불은정골절원기환자완관절공능교호。
Objective To make a retrospective analysis on the clinical effect of locking plate for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture. Methods 155 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were given distal radius oblique T shape locking plate treatment in our hospital from 2009 to 2014. The clinical effects were observed and made a retrospective analysis. Results 155 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were followed up for one year, there were 89 cases with excellent wrist joint function, 52 cases with better function, 14 cases with good function. Conclusion The wrist function of long-term patients is better after the treatment of locking plate for unstable distal radius fractures.
