建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锆合金中Be ,K ,Li元素含量的分析方法。确定了样品前处理方法与分析谱线,采用基体匹配消除干扰。方法精密度和准确度实验表明,各元素的相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率在95%~106%之间。所建立的方法快捷、简便、准确,满足锆合金中Be、K、Li元素分析要求。

A method for determination of Be ,K ,Li in zirconium alloy by ICP‐OES was established. The way of sample pretreatment was determined. Spectral lines of each element were selected. The matrix matching method was used to eliminate interference brought by the base of zirconium in these elements. The precision and accuracy of the method were tested. The results showed that the relative standard devia‐tions (RSD) for each element were all less than 5% ,and the recoveries were 95% 106%. The experi‐ments show that the method is rapid ,accurate and applicable to simultaneous determination of Be ,K ,Li in zirconium alloy.
