应用分子光谱法分析检测深海鱼油,建立了一种鉴定、鉴别深海鱼油新的测定方法。采用二维、三维荧光光谱法结合紫外‐可见吸收光谱及其一阶导数图谱进行分析测定,鱼油图谱差异明显,指纹特征显著。本方法可以快速、准确鉴定深海鱼油的品种品质及其稳定性,重复性好,可为深海鱼油的质量控制提供参考依据。
應用分子光譜法分析檢測深海魚油,建立瞭一種鑒定、鑒彆深海魚油新的測定方法。採用二維、三維熒光光譜法結閤紫外‐可見吸收光譜及其一階導數圖譜進行分析測定,魚油圖譜差異明顯,指紋特徵顯著。本方法可以快速、準確鑒定深海魚油的品種品質及其穩定性,重複性好,可為深海魚油的質量控製提供參攷依據。

A method for determination of fish oil using molecular spectrum was developed .Two di‐mensional fluorescence ,three dimensional fluorescence and UV spectroscopy were used for analyzing ,i‐dentifying the fish oil. The difference between the spectra of fish oil can be clearly identified ,and the char‐acteristics of fingerprint patterns are obviously exhibited. It provides a scientific reference for the quality control of the fish oil .
