The technological condition for synthesis of 2 , 5-dichloronitrobenzene by using p-dichlorobenzene as raw material and N2 O5/HNO3 as nitrating agent was determined.The condition included reaction temperature 55-60℃, N2 O5/HNO3 mass fraction 20%, molar ratio of N2 O5/HNO3 to p-dichlorobenzene 1∶1, and reaction time 1 h.Under the condition, the purity of the product was more than mass fraction 99 .5%, and the yield was 99%.
