目的：调查新生儿重症监护室（NICU）住院患儿家属的焦虑状况，分析其影响因素及相应对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷收集200名NICU住院患儿家属的相关信息，用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对其进行焦虑情绪的调查。结果家属的焦虑情绪与自身的文化程度、家庭经济状况以及分娩方式和次数有关。结论医院在救治NICU患儿的同时，也有必要做好患儿家属的心理护理，以有效缓解其焦虑状况，减少医疗纠纷的发生。

목적：조사신생인중증감호실（NICU）주원환인가속적초필상황，분석기영향인소급상응대책。방법채용자행설계적조사문권수집200명NICU주원환인가속적상관신식，용초필자평량표（SAS）대기진행초필정서적조사。결과가속적초필정서여자신적문화정도、가정경제상황이급분면방식화차수유관。결론의원재구치NICU환인적동시，야유필요주호환인가속적심리호리，이유효완해기초필상황，감소의료규분적발생。
ObjectiveTo study the anxiety state of family members of newborns admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),investigate the influencing factors of the anxiety state and give some corresponding countermeasures.MethodsThe self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the associate family information of 200 new borns who were admitedd to the NICU.A self rating anxiety scale(SAS)were applied for the investigation of their anxiety state.ResultsThe differences of the family members' anxiety were related to their educational level,economic status and mode and frequency of delivery.ConclusionWhile the the treatment of children with NICU,necessary psychological nursing should also be given for the children families. Therefore,it will effectively alleviate the anxiety of family members and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
