目的:探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法310例疑诊或确诊冠心病住院患者,检测红细胞分布宽度(RDW),探讨其与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加,RDW逐渐升高,双支和3支病变组RDW明显高于非冠心病组(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析结果表明RDW是冠心病的独立相关因素。以RDW中位数将所有病例分为RDW<13.15%组和RDW>13.15%组,比较2组患者Gensini评分有显著差异(P<0.01),RDW>13.15%组Gensini评分高。结论 RDW与冠状动脉病变的程度密切相关,其可以作为预测冠心病及其严重程度的指标应用于临床。

목적:탐토홍세포분포관도(RDW)여관상동맥병변정도적상관성。방법310례의진혹학진관심병주원환자,검측홍세포분포관도(RDW),탐토기여관상동맥병변정도적상관성。결과수착관상동맥병변지수적증가,RDW축점승고,쌍지화3지병변조RDW명현고우비관심병조(P<0.05),Logistic회귀분석결과표명RDW시관심병적독립상관인소。이RDW중위수장소유병례분위RDW<13.15%조화RDW>13.15%조,비교2조환자Gensini평분유현저차이(P<0.01),RDW>13.15%조Gensini평분고。결론 RDW여관상동맥병변적정도밀절상관,기가이작위예측관심병급기엄중정도적지표응용우림상。
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods310 cases suspected or diagnosed with coronary heart disease were recorded to explore the correlation between the red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the severity of coronary artery disease.ResultsWith the increase in the number of coronary artery lesions,RDW gradually increased,and RDW in three and double-vessel disease group is significantly higher than single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the RDW is independently associated with coronary heart disease. In all cases,RDW<13.15% group and RDW>13.15% group are divided by the median RDW. Compared Gensinis core between two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.01),Gensinis core of RDW>13.15% group is higher.ConclusionRDW is closely associated with the severity of coronary artery disease,which may be used as a predictive indicator of coronary heart disease.
