目的：探讨自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器在儿童鼻腔异物的临床应用。方法回顾性分析自2010年1月～2015年1月，在北京市昌平区医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的儿童鼻腔异物362例。结果使用我科自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器一次性成功取出359例，余3例因患儿不配合分两次取出。结论自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器取材方便，成本低廉，结构稳固，手柄长，易操作，可反复消毒使用，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토자제장수병비강이물취출기재인동비강이물적림상응용。방법회고성분석자2010년1월～2015년1월，재북경시창평구의원이비후과문진취진적인동비강이물362례。결과사용아과자제장수병비강이물취출기일차성성공취출359례，여3례인환인불배합분량차취출。결론자제장수병비강이물취출기취재방편，성본저렴，결구은고，수병장，역조작，가반복소독사용，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of self-made nasal foreign body extractor with a long handle in the treatment of nasal foreign body of children.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 362 children with nasal foreign body, which were diagnosed in our outpatient department from January 2010 to January 2015.Results 359 cases were taken out successfully with one-time by using our self-made tool, and the remaining 3 cases were <br> taken out at the 2nd time by reason of non-compliance.Conclusion Self-made nasal foreign body extractor has the advantages of easily obtained materials, low-cost, good stability, simple operation with a long handle, and repeated sterilization. It deserves clinical application.
