随着现代科学技术对护理工作的影响，新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法不断推出，社区护理人员必须不断接受继续教育来充实和提高自己，从而不断为患者提供高质量的护理服务。本文就社区护理人员继续教育学习情况进行分析，发现社区继续教育的不足，并提出相应的建议，以便逐步完善社区护理继续教育工作，培养更多的社区护理合格人才。

Along with the influence of modern science technology on nursing work, new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods are pushed out unceasingly. The community nursing staff must receive the continuing education to enrich and improve themselves, and provide high quality care for patients at the same time. Aimed at analyzing the situation of community nursing staff’s continuing education learning, the article has indicated the shortage of continuing education in the community. It also puts forward some corresponding suggestions to improve the continuing education of community nursing gradually and train more qualiifed talents for community care.
