目的：对一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取2012年1月～2014年5月在我院接受治疗的54例急性牙髓炎患者，根据不同的治疗方法将患者随机分为对照组（26例）和治疗组（28例）进行对照研究，观察并比较常规根管治疗术与一次性根管治疗的效果。结果治疗组患者近期疗效的治疗总有效率为92.9%，高于对照组患者的73.1%；同时治疗组患者远期疗效的治疗总有效率为96.4%，高于对照组患者的80.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎具有近期疗效以及远期疗效。
목적：대일차성근관치료급성아수염적림상효과진행분석연구。방법선취2012년1월～2014년5월재아원접수치료적54례급성아수염환자，근거불동적치료방법장환자수궤분위대조조（26례）화치료조（28례）진행대조연구，관찰병비교상규근관치료술여일차성근관치료적효과。결과치료조환자근기료효적치료총유효솔위92.9%，고우대조조환자적73.1%；동시치료조환자원기료효적치료총유효솔위96.4%，고우대조조환자적80.8%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론일차성근관치료급성아수염구유근기료효이급원기료효。
Objective Clinical effect of disposable root canal in treatment of acute pulpitis is to be analyzed. Methods 54 patients with acute pulpitis who are treated were chosen in hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 and separate them into control group (26 patients) and study group (28 patients) according to different treatment methods; and then observe and compare treatment effects of conventional root canal and disposable root canal for acute pulpitis between two groups. Results Short-term treatment efficacy in study group is 92.9%, which is much higher than 73.1% in control group, while, long-term treatment efifcacy in study group is 96.4%, which is much higher than 80.8%in control group, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Disposable root canal has short-term efifcacy as well as long-term efifcacy in treatment of acute pulpitis, thus, such a treatment is quite effective.
