目的：分析生活性急性co中毒原因，为预防co中毒提供依据。方法回顾性分析经本院急诊科治疗处理的216例急性co中毒患者的中毒季节、co来源等临床资料。结果216例急性co中毒患者均发病于冬春寒冷季节，中毒环境均通风不良，因燃烧煤炉导致中毒者187人（86.6%），室内火炕或农村地暖（燃烧柴禾或废旧垃圾）烟道阻塞导致中毒者22人（10.2%），燃烧木炭导致中毒者6人（2.8%），车内开动发动机取暖导致中毒1人（0.5%）。结论预防co中毒发生应该积极宣传相关知识，消除侥幸心理，安装烟囱，注意保持烟道通畅。
목적：분석생활성급성co중독원인，위예방co중독제공의거。방법회고성분석경본원급진과치료처리적216례급성co중독환자적중독계절、co래원등림상자료。결과216례급성co중독환자균발병우동춘한랭계절，중독배경균통풍불량，인연소매로도치중독자187인（86.6%），실내화항혹농촌지난（연소시화혹폐구랄급）연도조새도치중독자22인（10.2%），연소목탄도치중독자6인（2.8%），차내개동발동궤취난도치중독1인（0.5%）。결론예방co중독발생응해적겁선전상관지식，소제요행심리，안장연창，주의보지연도통창。
Objective To analyze the causes of acute carbon monoxide poisoning and provide the evidence for preventing carbon monoxide poisoning.Method a retrospective analysis was performed to review the clinical data of 216 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning such as season of occurrence and source of carbon monoxide.Result all patients suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning at cold seasons such as winter and spring with poor ventilation environment,which includes 187 cases (86.6%) caused by coal stove leaks; 22 cases (10.2%) caused by indoor firewood burning or flue obstruction; 6 cases (2.8%) caused by indoor charcoal burning; 1 case (0.5%) caused by parked vehicles with the engine running.Conclusion Efforts should be made in preventing carbon monoxide poisoning such as actively publicizing relevant knowledge, avoiding to take chances, installing chimney flue and keeping good ventilation.
