为了减少增升装置设计过程中气动外形与驱动机构的往复迭代时间,搭建了二维增升装置气动外形及驱动机构综合优化设计平台,文中对四连杆机构以及连杆滑轨机构约束下的二维多段翼型进行优化设计和分析对比。优化结果显示,四连杆机构和连杆滑轨机构对应的着陆和起飞构型气动性能均有所提升。四连杆机构杆长减小了64.15 mm(2.7%),连杆滑轨机构在不考虑滑轨的情况下,杆长减小237.3 mm(14.7%)。这种气动机构综合优化设计对于缩短增升装置设计周期,降低设计成本具有现实意义。

In order to shorten the design cycle of high?lift system, a methodology has been developed which merges the aerodynamic shape with the trailing?edge flap mechanism in the process of the design of high?lift system. This paper focused on integration optimization of high?lift system with kinematic constraints which include four?bar link?age mechanism and link?track mechanism. The results of optimization show that the aerodynamic performance with the two mechanisms has been improved. Besides, the total length of the four?bar linkage mechanism decrease 64. 15mm (2.7%), the total length of the link?track mechanism decrease 237.3mm (17.7%) regardless of track. It can be stated that this methodology is quite significant for shortening the design cycle and reducing the design costs.
