目的：探讨电针膀胱经穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及对镇痛效果的影响。方法：将78例腰椎间盘突出症患者按入组先后顺序随机分为电针治疗组和针刺对照组。两组取穴相同，治疗组应用电针治疗仪，对照组应用常规针刺治疗，1次／日，共10次。通过目测类比定级法（ VAS ）比较治疗前后两组的平均疼痛分数，并参考疗效评定标准，从症状、体征方面比较两组的临床疗效。结果：两组平均疼痛分数差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01），治疗组镇痛效果明显优于对照组；两组的临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：电针膀胱经穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症较之常规针刺治疗能更好地缓解疼痛，提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토전침방광경혈치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효급대진통효과적영향。방법：장78례요추간반돌출증환자안입조선후순서수궤분위전침치료조화침자대조조。량조취혈상동，치료조응용전침치료의，대조조응용상규침자치료，1차／일，공10차。통과목측류비정급법（ VAS ）비교치료전후량조적평균동통분수，병삼고료효평정표준，종증상、체정방면비교량조적림상료효。결과：량조평균동통분수차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01），치료조진통효과명현우우대조조；량조적림상료효비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），치료조우우대조조。결론：전침방광경혈치료요추간반돌출증교지상규침자치료능경호지완해동통，제고림상료효。
Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture at the point of bladder meridian on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random digit table.The patients in the treatment group were treated by electro-acupuncture ( once a day,a total of 10 times) , while those in the control group were treated by acupuncture( once a day,a total of 10 times).Both of the groups were selected the same acupoints.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was adopted to examine and compare the main pain score, and the clinical effects were compared between two groups from the symptoms and signs in accordance with efficacy criteria.Results:The paregoric effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group,and there were significant differences in the main pain score between two groups(P<0.01).The clini-cal effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there were obvious differences between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture is a much more effective therapy for lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients and should be promoted.
