目的：为帮助留学生掌握科学的影像分析思路和正确的诊断模式，将理论知识和临床实践有机结合，并评价此项教学改革的效果。方法于2013年-2014年留学生影像实习教学过程中应用以组建团队为基础的教学模式（TBL）结合以病例为基础的教学模式（CBL）的教学改革措施，并对教学效果进行问卷调查，了解学生的反馈意见，通过配对Wilcoxon秩和检验比较分析教学改革前后各项评分结果的差异性和教学效果。结果调查问卷结果显示大部分学生认为通过组建团队以及临床病例讨论与回顾的形式，提高了学习效率和综合素质。调查表7项指标中有4项指标（培养团队协作精神、激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、调动学习积极性和主动性）具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 TBL 结合CBL 模式激发留学生的学习兴趣，调动学生学习的主动性和团队合作精神，提高学生运用和掌握知识的能力。

Objective To help students master the scientific analysis of image thinking and correct diagnosis mode, the combination of theory and practice, and evaluate the effect of teaching reform and explore its application prospect.Methods To apply TBL combined with CBL teaching model to the medical imaging practice lesson for international students in 2013-2014, and to evaluate the teaching effect. Using wilcoxon rank test to analyze the score differences of questionnaire survey before and after teaching reform.Results Questionnaire results show that most students think the learning model by forming teams, clinical case discussion and review form improve the learning efficiency and comprehensive quality. Four of seven indicators(training team cooperation spirit, stimulating interest in learning, improving the efficiency of learning, mobilization enthusiasm and motivation of learning) have the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL in combination of CBL model stimulates students’interest in learning, and mobilize students' learning initiative and team work spirit, improve the students' ability to use and master the knowledge.
