《医患沟通学》是一门理论与实践密切结合的学科，案例教学法在见习中的应用不受时间、场所及患方的限制，贴近临床，真实可行。通过甄选、编写案例，布置、讨论案例及点评、总结案例一系列实施过程，能够激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生主动参与、积极实践的学习潜能，达到培养医学生医患沟通能力、提高医学人文素养的教学目的，同时教学相长，拓展教师课前准备、课堂驾驭等带教能力；促进了医患沟通案例库的建立与更新。案例教学法还是实施以问题为中心的教学法、情景教学法等教学方法改革的基础。

"Doctor-patient communication"is a subject whose theoryand practicecombined closely. Case teaching methodis closer to the clinical and not limited by the time, placeand patient. Case-based learning can stimulate students' interest and arouse their activelearningpotential.So the doctor-patientcommunication ability of medical students is improved.At the same time,teachers' ability is developed. We can establish the case library of doctor-patient communication and update constantly. Case teaching method isthe base of situational teaching methodand problem-based learning method.
