在医学信息学专业病案信息管理课的教学实践中,教师发现传统的灌输式教学手段会让学生觉得病案管理知识枯燥琐碎,学习热情不高。为了激发学生学习本课程的兴趣,中国医科大学医学信息学院的教学团队尝试构建和实施了五大对策,具体为(1)通过讲好绪论课来激发学生对后续课程内容的学习兴趣;(2)优化设计教学方法,在部分内容的教学中引入基于问题学习的教学方式,调动学生学习病案管理知识的主动性;(3)加大实习课的比重,通过动手实践促进学生的学习积极性;(4)结合学生成绩评价与技能认证考试的重点内容吸引学生的课堂注意力;(5)适应病案信息学理论、方法与技术的发展,不断地对教学内容进行调整更新。这些策略对于调动学生学习本课程的兴趣具有积极的促进作用。

In the procedure of giving the lesson of Medical Record Information Management to the students in the major of medical informatics,it was found that the traditional force-feeding teaching style made students feel medical record management knowledge boring and trivial so that they did not like to learn it. In order to arouse the students interest in learning this course, five measures have been established and performed by the teaching team in China Medical University: 1) giving a good introduction lessen to arouse the interest in the subsequent knowledge of medical record information management; 2) introducing the problem-based learning method reasonably; 3) increasing the proportion of practice class to facilitate the enthusiasm of students by handling and operating; 4) combining with the appraisal of students performance and skills certification exam to get attention of students; 5) regulating and renewing the teaching contents according to the development of the theories, methods and techniques on medical record informatics. The above measures have positive effects on arousing and increasing the students interest in learning this lesson.
