目的：对影响产妇住院费用的因素进行探讨，为今后控制和减少医疗费用过快增长提供依据。方法对深圳市某医院2013-2014年间收住的2985例住院分娩产妇的住院总费用及相关情况进行分析并利用多重线性回归探讨影响住院费用的相关因素。结果2985例产妇的平均住院费用为3241.5±1482.1元，影响住院费用的影响因素包括病例分型、分娩方式、是否抢救患者、是否输血、发生产科疾病等，其中对住院费用影响最大的是分娩方式，相比顺产或钳产，采用剖宫产分娩的患者平均住院费用增加2031.8元。结论分娩方式及产科并发症是影响住院费用的主要因素，控制剖宫产率，减少产科疾病、抢救及输血等情况的出现，可以有效控制和减少产妇的住院分娩费用。

Objective To analyze hospitalization expenses and its possible influential factors of hospitalization delivery in order to control the rapid increase of medical expense.Methods The front sheet information of 2895 maternal cases was collected from one hospital between 2013 and 2014 and stepwise liner regression was used to explore influential factors of hospitalization expense.ResultsThe average cost of all the 2985 deliveries in our study was 3241.5±1482 Yuan. Those factors such as delivery type, case classifications, blood transfusion, whether given emergency treatment, maternal severity could all play important roles in affecting hospitalization costs, epically the delivery type. Compared to the other delivery types, cesarean section would increase 2031.8 Yuan average.Conclusion The most important predictors of cost were delivery type and obstetric complications. Given the impact of cesarean section on the overall cost of childbirth, attempts should be made to in the decision of performing a cesarean section and decreasing obstetric complications.
