为了研究不同品种油菜对镉的吸收累积差异,采用土培的方法,选定了十种不同的油菜品种,对比了油菜地上部和地下部对镉的吸收累积差异,分析了土壤 pH 对植物吸收镉的影响.研究结果表明:不同品种油菜对镉的累积有明显的差异,酸性土壤中地上部镉浓度最高的为京华冠青,浓度高达0.96 mg·kg-1,而浓度最低的是夏王,仅为0.51 mg·kg-1,二者相差1.88倍.碱性土壤中,地上部镉浓度最高的品种同样为京华冠青,浓度为0.68 mg·kg-1,浓度最低的夏王为0.32 mg·kg-1,二者相差2.13倍.同种植物地下部镉含量大于地上部镉含量,同一品种油菜在酸性土壤中更有利于镉的吸收累积.

Influences of impact factors were investigated to analyze the difference of the accumulation of Cd in various kinds of rapes.The differences of the accumulation of Cd uptake by various kinds of rapes respectively.The influence of soil pH was investigated through soil culture method.The results indicated:The accumulation of Cd varied obviously according to types.The highest concentration of Cd in the up-ground body was determined to be 0.68 mg·kg-1 in Jinhua Guanqing,about 2.13 times of the lowest 0.32 mg·kg-1 in Xiawang,in alkaline soil.The accumulation was accelerated in acidic soil,and 0.96 mg·kg-1 was observed in the up-ground of Jinhua Guanqing,showing 1.88 times of 0.51 mg· kg-1 in Xiawang.Also,accumulation of Cd in root was much higher than that in the up-ground body in a predetermined kind of rape.
