为研究Ge-Se红外玻璃特征温度及其动力学脆性,采用熔融淬冷法制备出了Ge25Se75试样.用XRD、傅利叶红外光谱和DSC等测量手段研究了Ge25Se75试样的结构、红外透过率、玻璃特征温度以及脆性参数m.结果表明:所制试样的为非晶结构,红外透过率约为43%.随着升温速率的增大,玻璃化转变温度Tg、开始析晶温度Tx及析晶峰温度Tp均成线性增加的趋势.动力学脆性参数m为26.3.

The Ge25 Se75 glass used in this research were made by using melt quenching method.To study the construction,infrared transmittance,Characteristic temperatures and fragility index m of Ge25 Se75 glass,XRD,Fourier infrared spectrum and DSC are used to make analysis.It was found that the sample was amorphous material,the infrared transmittance is about 43%.Glass transition temperatures Tg,crystallization onset temperatures Tx and crystalline peak temperatures Tp all increase linearly with the heating rate.The fragility index (m)was estimated to be 26.3.
