羽毛中角蛋白资源丰富,被认为是良好的蛋白来源。但由于角蛋白独特的三维立体网状结构,使得从羽毛中获得可溶性蛋白质成为难点。综合了近年来对羽毛角蛋白降解的研究,从物理法、化学法和生物法3个方面介绍了羽毛角蛋白的提取工艺,并对目前羽毛角蛋白资源在动物饲料、纺织、皮革、环境保护等领域中的研究和应用现状进行了综述。在此基础上提出了未来羽毛角蛋白资源综合利用的发展方向。

우모중각단백자원봉부,피인위시량호적단백래원。단유우각단백독특적삼유입체망상결구,사득종우모중획득가용성단백질성위난점。종합료근년래대우모각단백강해적연구,종물리법、화학법화생물법3개방면개소료우모각단백적제취공예,병대목전우모각단백자원재동물사료、방직、피혁、배경보호등영역중적연구화응용현상진행료종술。재차기출상제출료미래우모각단백자원종합이용적발전방향。
Feather was known as an ideal source of protein for high content of keratins. Acquisition of soluble proteins from feather is often severely compromised, due to the unique and complex three-dimensional reticular molecular structure of feather. Herein, re-cent research advances of extracting keratin from feather with different methods were reviewed. Additionally, applications of keratin in various industrial areas including animal feed, textile and leather industry, were summarized as well. On this basis, we proposed a future prospect for the utility of feather keratins.
