羽毛中角蛋白资源丰富，被认为是良好的蛋白来源。但由于角蛋白独特的三维立体网状结构，使得从羽毛中获得可溶性蛋白质成为难点。综合了近年来对羽毛角蛋白降解的研究，从物理法、化学法和生物法3个方面介绍了羽毛角蛋白的提取工艺，并对目前羽毛角蛋白资源在动物饲料、纺织、皮革、环境保护等领域中的研究和应用现状进行了综述。在此基础上提出了未来羽毛角蛋白资源综合利用的发展方向。

Feather was known as an ideal source of protein for high content of keratins. Acquisition of soluble proteins from feather is often severely compromised, due to the unique and complex three-dimensional reticular molecular structure of feather. Herein, re-cent research advances of extracting keratin from feather with different methods were reviewed. Additionally, applications of keratin in various industrial areas including animal feed, textile and leather industry, were summarized as well. On this basis, we proposed a future prospect for the utility of feather keratins.
