为探究烟草雌蕊中生理生化微环境的差异,实验对一个栽培烟草种雌蕊的不同部位及3个野生烟草种(花烟草、黄花烟草和斯托克通氏烟草)始花期雌蕊中酚类、氨基酸和脂类进行成分检测分析。酚类物质测定结果表明:4个烟草种雌蕊中橙酮、花青素、山奈酚、芦丁的含量较高,其中栽培烟草K326柱头上花青素含量最高;测定17种游离氨基酸含量结果显示:4种烟草雌蕊中谷氨酸和组氨酸含量较高;脂肪酸成分测定结果显示:4种烟草雌蕊中油酸(C18:1)和亚油酸(C18:2)含量均较其它脂肪酸高,其中栽培烟草K326和黄花烟草雌蕊中油酸含量高于亚油酸(C18:1>C18:2),花烟草和斯托克通氏烟草雌蕊中油酸含量小于亚油酸(C18:1<C18:2)。

To explore the physiological and biochemical differences in pistils of Nicotiana, different parts of pistils in Nicotianatabacum L. Var. K326 and pistils of three wild species (Nicotiana alata, Nicotiana rustica and Nicotiana stocktonii) were componently analysed for phenolic, amino acids and fatty acids. Phenolic analysis showed that there were a higher contents of aurone, rutin, kaempferol and anthocyanin in all Nicotiana species researched. On the other hand, the content of anthocyanin in stigmas of K326 was the highest. Research of free amino acids showed that contents of glutamic acid and histidine were highest among seventeen amino acids. Fatty acid analysis showed that oleic acid(C18:1)and linoleic acid(C18:2)accounted for the majority of fatty acids in pistils. In addition, the content of oleic acid(C18:1)was higher than that of linoleic acid(C18:2)in pistils of K326 and Nicotiana rustica, contrary to that in Nicotianaalataand Nicotianastocktonii.
