为了解决机场沥青道面紫外光老化问题,通过分析受阻胺类老化剂对强紫外线辐射下基质沥青和 SBS 改性沥青高温、疲劳及老化性能的影响,提出了采用受阻胺类老化剂解决沥青老化问题的方法.采用旋转薄膜烘箱试验模拟沥青短期老化及室内紫外光老化箱模拟沥青长期老化,研究了受阻胺类老化剂 GW-944对光老化前后沥青性能的影响.试验结果表明:GW-944光老化剂对基质沥青高温性能改善效果欠佳,GW-944光老化剂能显著改善 SBS 改性沥青性能,其光老化后的疲劳、高温和抗老化能力得以提升.该抗紫外光老化剂对 SBS 改性沥青进行综合性能改善时,建议使用0.7%掺量.

In order to solve the problem of ultraviolet aging of airport asphalt pavement,the solution of aging problem using hindered amine anti-ageing agent was presented.Influence of hindered amine anti-ageing agent on the high temperature performance,fatigue and aging performance of basic asphalt and SBS modified asphalt under strong ultraviolet radiation were analysed.RTFOT was used to simulate the short-term aging of asphalt,and ultraviolet aging oven test was used to simulate the long-term aging. Then DSR and ductility test were conducted to research the performance of asphalt mixed with hindered amine anti-aging agent GW-944 before and after ultraviolet aging.Test results indicated:GW-944 had less improvement effect on high temperature performance of base asphalt,and the effect was irregular. Meanwhile GW-944 can significantly improve the performance of SBS modified asphalt,the fatigue performance,high temperature performance and anti-aging performance were promoted.Therefore,this ultraviolet anti-aging agent is recommend to improve comprehensive performance of SBS modified <br> asphalt,and the optimal content is 0.7%.
