目的：探讨脾脏血管肉瘤的临床表现、影像学特点、病理诊断。方法回顾2004年至2013年2例脾血管肉瘤患者的临床资料，分析其临床病理及影像学特点，以提高脾血管肉瘤诊断方法。结果其中1例行脾、肝肿物手术切除，经病理及免疫组织化学证实，另1例伴肝转移，超声引导下肝组织活检经病理及免疫组织化学证实。结论脾血管肉瘤酷似于脾海绵状血管瘤影像学表现，超声引导下穿刺活检可获得脾血管肉瘤病理诊断结果。
목적：탐토비장혈관육류적림상표현、영상학특점、병리진단。방법회고2004년지2013년2례비혈관육류환자적림상자료，분석기림상병리급영상학특점，이제고비혈관육류진단방법。결과기중1례행비、간종물수술절제，경병리급면역조직화학증실，령1례반간전이，초성인도하간조직활검경병리급면역조직화학증실。결론비혈관육류혹사우비해면상혈관류영상학표현，초성인도하천자활검가획득비혈관육류병리진단결과。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics , imaging, pathological diagnosis and therapeutic managements of splenic angiosarcoma . Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with splenic angiosarcoma treated from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital .Their clinical and imaging characteristics of splenic angiosarcoma were analyzed to improve the diagnostic efficacy of this disease. Results One patient underwent combined resection of the spleen and hepatic tumor , and final diagnosis was confirmed by patological and immunohistochemical examination .Another patient with liver metastases received ultrasound-guided biopsy and pathological and immunohistochemical examination . Conclusions Splenic angiosarcoma mimics the image of splenic hemangioma .Biopsy of the tumor under the guide of ultrasound could acquire the pathological result of this disease .
