pH值是裂殖壶菌发酵生产二十二碳六烯酸( docosahexaenoic acid, DHA)的重要操作参数之一,培养液的pH值环境直接影响菌体的生长及代谢产物的合成。控制不同pH值条件,检测发酵过程培养液pH值的变化规律,采取适当的调控手段,使菌体处于生长及合成油脂和DHA的最佳状态。研究发现培养液控制在前4天pH值为3,后2天pH值为5时总脂和DHA的产量较大,分别为9.92 g/L和4.14 g/L。

pH is one of the important parameters for the production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) through fermentation of the Schizochytrium limacinum. pH of the fermentation directly affected both the growth and the synthesis of metabolites. It was measured and controlled in order to fit for the growth of mycelium and the synthesis of lipids and DHA. The results showed that the yield of to-tal lipids and DHA reached 9. 92 g/L and 4. 14 g/L, respectively, when the pH was controlled at 3 stably in first four days, and then at 5 stably in the last two days.
