在卫星移动通信领域提出一种基于小区间协作的切换方法。允许服务小区向相邻小区申请随机接入信道资源,使终端保持与服务小区连接的同时,向邻区发起随机接入过程,获取上行同步配置信息;随后的切换中,终端只需完成与目标小区的下行同步,即可在预订时间内启动无线传输;结合LTE技术阐述该方法的具体实施方式。分析结果表明,该方法显著缩短了长时延无线信道条件下切换造成的用户业务中断时间。

An inter-cell collaboration based handover scheme was proposed for satellite mobile communication system.A cell could request random access channel resource from neighbor cell for its serving terminal,therefore the terminal acquired uplink synchronization configuration of the neighbor cell by performing random access procedure with such resource.In subsequent han-dover,the terminal started uplink transmission within a specified duration after its downlink synchronization with target cell achieved.Moreover,an implementation way of this method was illustrated in the context of LTE system.The method can effec-tively reduce the service interruption time during handover,especially under the condition of wireless channel with big propaga-tion delay.
