目的:探讨维吾尔族2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25-羟维生素D3〔25(OH) D3〕缺乏情况及影响因素。方法选取2012年9月—2014年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科住院的维吾尔族 T2DM患者716例,采用回顾性研究方法,收集患者的一般情况、检测25( OH) D3月份(即日照时间)、糖尿病病程及血清25( OH) D3、糖化血红蛋白( HbA1c )水平。不同指标之间的相关性采用 Spearman 秩相关进行分析;血清25( OH) D3缺乏的影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果716例患者中血清25( OH) D3缺乏671例(占93.7%),不缺乏45例(占6.3%);两组患者在性别、年龄、血清HbA1c、糖尿病病程、日照时间的分布上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清25(OH) D3与性别、年龄、血清HbA1c、糖尿病病程均呈负相关(rs 值为-0.140~-0.014, P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析得出方程: Log ( Y)=2.025+性别×0.138+日照时间×0.370-年龄×0.110-HbA1c ×0.183。整体回归效果检验: F=14.258, P<0.001。结论维吾尔族T2DM患者血清25(OH) D3普遍缺乏,且受到性别、年龄、血清HbA1c、日照时间的影响。

목적:탐토유오이족2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자혈청25-간유생소D3〔25(OH) D3〕결핍정황급영향인소。방법선취2012년9월—2014년9월재신강의과대학제일부속의원내분비과주원적유오이족 T2DM환자716례,채용회고성연구방법,수집환자적일반정황、검측25( OH) D3월빈(즉일조시간)、당뇨병병정급혈청25( OH) D3、당화혈홍단백( HbA1c )수평。불동지표지간적상관성채용 Spearman 질상관진행분석;혈청25( OH) D3결핍적영향인소채용다원선성회귀분석。결과716례환자중혈청25( OH) D3결핍671례(점93.7%),불결핍45례(점6.3%);량조환자재성별、년령、혈청HbA1c、당뇨병병정、일조시간적분포상차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。혈청25(OH) D3여성별、년령、혈청HbA1c、당뇨병병정균정부상관(rs 치위-0.140~-0.014, P<0.05)。다원선성회귀분석득출방정: Log ( Y)=2.025+성별×0.138+일조시간×0.370-년령×0.110-HbA1c ×0.183。정체회귀효과검험: F=14.258, P<0.001。결론유오이족T2DM환자혈청25(OH) D3보편결핍,차수도성별、년령、혈청HbA1c、일조시간적영향。
Objective To investigate the deficiency of serum 25 ( OH) vitamin D3 in T2DM patients and its influencing factors.Methods We enrolled 716 Uygur T2DM patients who were admitted into the Department of Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of XinJiang Medical University from September 2012 to September 2014.Retrospective research method was employed to analyze the general data of patients , the month in which 25 ( OH) D3 was examined ( namely sunshine duration), duration of diabetes, serum level of 25 (OH) D3 and level of HbA1c.Spearman rank correlation method was used to investigate the correlation among different indicators , and multivariate linear regression was employed to explore the influencing factors for the deficiency of serum 25 ( OH) D3 .Results Deficiency of serum 25 ( OH) D3 occurred in 671 patients (93.7%), thus we assigned the 671 patients into deficiency group and assigned the rest 45 patients (6.3%) into non -deficiency group.The two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05) in gender, age, serum HbA1c, duration of diabetes and the distribution of sunshine duration .Serum 25 ( OH) D3 was negatively correlated with gender , age, serum HbA1c , duration of diabetes (rs ranges from -0.140 to -0.014, P<0.05) .We worked out an equation from the multivariate linear regression analysis , which was Log ( Y ) =2.025 +gender ×0.138 +sunshine duration ×0.370 -age ×0.110 -HbA1c ×0.183.The results of overall regression effect test was F =14.258, P <0.001.Gonclusion Deficiency of serum 25 (OH) D3 is common among Uygur T2DM patients, and it is influenced by gender, age, serum HbA1c and the sunshine duration.
