汽轮机薄壁叶片的加工变形一直是工程困扰的问题,文章采用ABAQUS有限元软件对汽轮机薄壁叶片的加工变形进行分析研究,主要在金属切削有限元理论的基础上对汽轮机薄壁叶片的加工变形进行金属切削有限元模拟,实现了接近实际加工的三维铣削有限元模拟,对叶片加工变形进行控制,为实际加工薄壁叶片时切削参数的选择、优化提供依据。
汽輪機薄壁葉片的加工變形一直是工程睏擾的問題,文章採用ABAQUS有限元軟件對汽輪機薄壁葉片的加工變形進行分析研究,主要在金屬切削有限元理論的基礎上對汽輪機薄壁葉片的加工變形進行金屬切削有限元模擬,實現瞭接近實際加工的三維鐉削有限元模擬,對葉片加工變形進行控製,為實際加工薄壁葉片時切削參數的選擇、優化提供依據。

Thin blade turbine machining deformation has always been a matter of engineering problems. This paper has analysed turbine blade processing and deformation with the finite element software ABAQUS. It is mainly on the basis of the finite element theory of metal cutting thin blades, and has realized the close to the actual processing of 3D finite element simulation of milling. It has provided the reference for the blade machining deformation control and the optimization of cutting parameters.
