为了提高工装的设计效率、降低设计工作量和实现工装的CAD、CAE一体化设计,通过对圆柱薄壁筒件的工装数字化设计的分析研究,实现了圆柱薄壁筒件典型工装从建模到有限元分析再到二维工程图的一键设计。根据企业的需求,综合应用UG二次开发,结合Access数据库和VC++编程语言,开发出圆柱薄壁筒件典型工装数字化设计系统。实际应用表明,该系统不仅可以实现工装的一体化快速设计,而且实现了工艺装备的可视化管理,为某企业的发展提供了设计资源的储备。

In order to improve the efficiency of tooling design, reduce the workload of design and implement tooling CAD and CAE integration design. Based on the analysis of the typical tooling of cylindrical thin-wall tube digital design system, having realized the typical tooling of cylindrical thin-wall tube that from model-ing to finite element analysis to a key design of two-dimensional engineering graphics. According to the needs of the enterprises, the integrated application of UG secondary development with VC++ programming language and Access database, it develops the typical tooling of cylindrical thin-wall tube digital design sys-tem. Practical application shows that the system not only can realize integration of rapid tooling design, and implement the visual management of equipment, for the development of an enterprise provides design re-sources reserves.
