针对机器人专用自动磨抛机机身结构优化设计复杂的问题,采用模糊有限元优化方法,选取位移和频率等参数为约束条件,质量为目标函数。通过对机身结构各个相关尺寸的灵敏度分析选取出了最佳的设计变量。在模糊优化求解过程中,利用改进的水平截集法,取得了在最大范围内求出最优解的可能性。最后,通过原始方案和优化方案的对比表明在满足预定设计要求的条件下,优化后机身的质量下降了约15%,为工业机器人专用设备关键零部件的结构优化设计提供了有益的探索。

A method was made to find a solution to designing frame structure for robots, using fuzzy finite element optimization method, the deformation and natural frequency as constraint conditions, and mass as objective function. Determination of the optimum design variables by sensitive analysis of each relevant di-mensions on the frame structure. In the process of solving fuzzy optimization, an improved optimal vector level cut set method was used to make the possibility of obtaining the optimal solution in maximum range. Finally, the optimal quality of the frame structure falls by about 15% through the contrast of origin schemes and optimization program that meets the design requirements of conditions, and it also can do beneficial ex-ploration for the structure optimization of specialized components on industrial robots.
