随着我国城镇化的飞速发展,民用建筑数量迅速增加,同时随着社会生活水平的提高,民用建筑能耗不断增加、能耗占比不断提高,加强建筑能耗管理,发展及推广建筑节能技术是民用建筑未来发展的重点。基于上述情况,本文对我国民用建筑的节能现状和发展趋势进行了分析,在此基础上,从民用建筑设计、施工等方面对民用建筑节能技术进行了探讨,提出了相应的节能方法和措施,对于推进民用建筑节能技术的发展有着较为重要的实际意义。
隨著我國城鎮化的飛速髮展,民用建築數量迅速增加,同時隨著社會生活水平的提高,民用建築能耗不斷增加、能耗佔比不斷提高,加彊建築能耗管理,髮展及推廣建築節能技術是民用建築未來髮展的重點。基于上述情況,本文對我國民用建築的節能現狀和髮展趨勢進行瞭分析,在此基礎上,從民用建築設計、施工等方麵對民用建築節能技術進行瞭探討,提齣瞭相應的節能方法和措施,對于推進民用建築節能技術的髮展有著較為重要的實際意義。

With the rapid development of the urbanization in China, the number of civil buildings increased rapidly. And at the same time, the society living standard also improved. Then, the energy consumption of civil buildings and its proportion to the total social energy consumption continued to increase. And the energy consumption management, the development and promotion of the energy saving technologies of civil buildings are the key points to the development of civil buildings in the future. According to the above mentioned, the status and developing trend of the civil building energy saving were analyzed. On this basis, the civil building energy saving technologies on the design and construction of civil buildings were discussed. And some corresponding methods of the civil building energy saving were put forward, which is meaningful to the civil building energy saving technology development.
