    Through the analysis on the management difficulities of the earthquake stations of Henan Provincial Seis?mological Bureau from the aspects of monitoring,forecasting,researchand so on,the solving idea is put forward,to provide solution for better optimizing management countermeasures of managers,to improve the management benefits of the seismic stations.
