开封是河南省的一个重要旅游城市。随着开封市经济的不断发展，居民收入逐年提高，外来旅游人数也逐年增加，开封市的交通堵塞问题变得越来越严重，所以低碳城市是未来城市发展的主要方向。本文通过对开封市的地域环境、居民需求的简单分析，阐述了开封市建立公共自行车租赁的必要性和可行性，以便改善开封市的公共交通，降低能耗和污染，为城市居民创造良好的生活环境。

Kaifeng is an important tourist city in Henan Province. With the continuous economic development of Kai?feng City,residents' income has increased year by year,foreign tourists has increased year by year,Kaifeng City traf?fic problems become more and more serious,so the low carbon city is the main direction of city development in the future.The paper simply analyzed the geographical environment and the demands of the residents in Kaifeng City,expounded the necessity and feasibility of establishing public bicycle rental in Kaifeng City,so as to improve the Kai?feng City public transportation,reduce energy consumption and pollution,to create a good living environment for urban residents.
