目的探讨急性脑梗塞(ACI)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及D-二聚体(DD)检测的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2013年06月~2014年12月我院收治的76例急性脑梗塞患者(观察组)血浆Hcy及DD检测结果，并与同期50例健康体检者(对照组)血浆Hcy及DD检测结果作对比分析。结果观察组血浆Hcy及DD水平明显高于对照组(<0.05)；观察组血浆Hcy及DD阳性率明显高于对照组(<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy及DD在急性脑梗塞患者中具有较高的诊断性能，是急性脑梗塞辅助诊断的重要指标。
목적탐토급성뇌경새(ACI)환자혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)급D-이취체(DD)검측적림상개치。방법회고성분석2013년06월~2014년12월아원수치적76례급성뇌경새환자(관찰조)혈장Hcy급DD검측결과，병여동기50례건강체검자(대조조)혈장Hcy급DD검측결과작대비분석。결과관찰조혈장Hcy급DD수평명현고우대조조(<0.05)；관찰조혈장Hcy급DD양성솔명현고우대조조(<0.05)。결론혈장Hcy급DD재급성뇌경새환자중구유교고적진단성능，시급성뇌경새보조진단적중요지표。
Objective To evaluate the acute cerebral infarction(ACI)plasmahomocysteine(Hcy)and d-dimer(DD)and its clinical value.Methods Retrospective analysis June 2013 to December 2014 in 76 patients with acutecerebral infarction patie ntsin our hospital(study group)test results ofplasma Hcy and DD,and 50 cases of healthy people(control group)resultscomparative analysis of plasma Hcy and DD.Results Plasma Hcy and DD in theobservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( <0.05);observation of plasma Hcy and DD positive rate significantlyhigher than the control group( <0.05).Conclusion Plasma Hcy and DD in thediagnosis of acute cerebral infarction patients with high performance areimportant indicators for diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
