吊运熔融金属的起重机机构(特别是起升机构)的运行状态直接影响着安全使用,本文采用变频器控制电机,改变电源频率,使电机的人为机械特性不断切换,变频器按照起升机构时序图工作,不仅节能,运行平稳,还能弥补传统控制的缺陷,可操作性强,应用前景广泛。

Crane mechanism of the hoisting molten metal(especially the lifting mechanism)directly affects the safety of use.This paper uses frequency converterr to control the power engine and change the power frequency, making the artificial mechanical properties of motor constantly switch,the frequency converter works according to the sequence diagram of the lifting mechanism,it not only saves energy operats smoothly,but also can make up for the defect of the traditional control,the maneuverability is strong,and it has broad application prospects.
