以公司原有的涂装流水线为研究对象，从涂装的基础理论出发，通过理论计算，结合钢管涂装的行业特点，配合计算机建模仿真，对流水线的生产过程进行分析。根据输送装置、热功率、电气控制等各方面的分析结果，得出不同的改进和调整方案。

Taking the company original coating line as the research object,from the basic theory of the coating, through theoretical calculation,combined with the characteristics of coating steel pipe industry,with computer model?ing and simulation,pipelined production process was analyzed.According to the analysis results of the transmission device,thermal power,electric control and other aspects,different improvement and adjustment schemes are ob?tained.
